Protein Packed Peanut Butter Popsicles

When it’s hot out, sometimes you want a nice treat, but you also want to be #HealthisWealth-y (using technical terminology here). These popsicles are a PERF compromise. They remind me of Fudgesicles, which I used to eat all the time when I was a kid. Now that I’m vegan, I miss the taste of them and all the memories that come with them. But not anymore, these popsicles are the perfect combo of healthy, delicious, and full of summer memories. I hope you enjoy!



1 ripe banana

1 serving of chocolate protein powder

1 1/2 cups of almond milk

2 Tbsp of peanut butter

1/2 cup of plant-based yogurt (optional)

Popsicle molds (I got mine at the dollar store)



  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill popsicles molds to the top and put tops or popsicle sticks in there.
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen.
  4. Enjoy!


PROTIP: Run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles from them!

    Favorite frozen treat- my mom always bought us the Minute Maid push pops. The berry lemon flavor was so fresh and sour!!
