10+ Vegan Recipes for Easter

March 30, 2018

Happy Easter, friends! Even if you don’t celebrate Easter, everyone loves new springtime recipes! Most of these recipes would work for any get-together, not just Easter.

CHEAP ASS VEGAN DEVILED POTATO BITES

A classic at my family’s get-togethers is deviled eggs, so when I saw this recipe I knew I had to put it on this list. Put these out and no one will even remember deviled eggs. Deviled eggs? I don’t know her.

You can find the recipe HERE!

CARROTS IN A BLANKET

A take on the old classic, pigs in a blanket, but better. I’ve made this recipe many times (as seen in the picture above), and it never disappoints. Instead of puff pastry, I prefer to use crescent roll dough from the refrigerator section. Most of them are vegan, but double check the ingredients!

SPICY VEGETABLE SAMOSAS

Sometimes it’s fun to do something different and spice up your plate. These spicy vegetable samosas look delish and I am definitely going to try these soon!

VEGAN MINI POT PIES

These are so cute! I am in love with pot pie and I love that this is a tiny version of it. Some things are cuter when they are smaller.

QUICK & EASY PASTA SALAD

My grandma and I make one very similar to this one all the time. It’s fresh, easy, and super delicious. Everyone will devour this, so make extra!

VEGAN BAKED SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Oh my god, my mouth is WATERING thinking about this dish. It would be perfect just to set out with some carrots, chips, or a baguette. YUM!

SUN-DRIED TOMATO, BASIL, AND SPINACH PINWHEELS

These remind me of ones my family used to get from Costco all the time, but BETTER! Perfect for kids, adults, and even that one random family member that won’t eat “vegan food”.

VEGAN CREME EGGS

Just like the classic Cadbury Creme Eggs, but better because they are VEGAN! Make these in advance and surprise your friends and family with them on Easter. I am guessing they won’t be able to tell the difference.

1-BOWL VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE CARROT CAKE

The commercial mascot for Easter is a bunny, and what do bunnies eat… CARROTS! Carrot cake is a classic and it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves!

FLUFFY 1-BOWL SUGAR COOKIES (VEGAN + GF)

Another Minimalist Baker recipe for the win! These look so good and would be perfect for the dessert table of any party, not just Easter.

VEGAN CAKE MIX COOKIES

These are SO good and so easy to make. Everyone will love these bad boys and beg for the recipe, imagine their faces when you tell them it’s just 4 ingredients!

P.S. Sorry I have been MIA for the last two weeks. If you follow me on Twitter and Instagram, you already know I just moved and things have been crazy. I’ve also been struggling with inspiration and feeling creative. I am going to do a blog post all about how to get your mojo back when y0u feel like you have lost it.

Hi Mo! Great roundup of festive vegan recipes! Thanks for including OatandSesame! I come from an Italian family, so holidays always include a big pan of mostaccioli and arancini (rice balls).
