I am an avid podcast listener and I felt this incredible urge to share my favorite ones with my readers this week. From politics and current events to health and lifestyle, there’s at least one podcast on this list that you will enjoy. So without further ado, here are 5+ podcasts you NEED to listen to right now.
1. The Health Code
If you follow Sarah’s Day (AKA Sezzy) on YouTube, then chances are you know about this podcast already. She and her boyfriend, Kurt Tilse, just started this podcast about a month or two ago and I’m so addicted. I already was OBSESSED with Sezzy’s Youtube videos, but this is a new kind of level of obsession. Kurt and Sezzy talk about their health and fitness journeys, along with relationships, lifestyle and everything happening in their life. Give it a listen, you won’t regret it!

Glowing Up is a podcast all about beauty products, health, diet, and anything else you would talk about at sleepover with your girls. Listening to Caroline and Esther talk about jade rolling and their skincare routines is so relaxing and hilarious at the same time, I find myself crying of laughter every time I listen. Their comedic chemistry is amazing, Caroline and Esther are honestly #BFFGoals.
