These products and things have made my life better, easier, and just more enjoyable. I know life isn’t about things, and these things actually haven’t improved my life the same way my family or friends have but I still wanted to talk about these amazing products and things!
Essential Oil Diffuser
I have trouble sleeping most nights for a couple reasons: I can never relax and I think too much. The essential oil diffuser has honestly really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. I originally asked for it for Christmas because my room gets dry during the winter and I wanted to use it like a small humidifier. To be honest, it doesn’t work well for that because mine only holds 100ml of water, but it’s amazing for making a room smell amazing, which is what I use it for. When I get into bed at night, I fill it up with water, put my favorite drops in, and then almost immediately feel relaxed and want to go to sleep. The power of essential oils is crazy. My fav combination recently has been 2 drops of lavender, 1-2 drops of rosemary, and 1-2 drops of eucalyptus, it has a similar smell to vapor rub but more lavender-y.
A while ago, I saw Rowena Tsai talk about this product in her youtube video (which actually inspired this blog post), and I immediately knew I had to have it. I went from taking 10 minutes to make a matcha latte, to less than 5 minutes. The one I got even heats up the milk or other liquids you put into it! Life changing. I know this item is a luxury item but for someone that drinks a lot of matcha lattes, it’s honestly a necessity.

Yeah, I know, it’s a little wild to think this account had made my life better but I have noticed my mood is better, my skin is clearer, and my depression is cured after looking at these cute ducks in the AM. Who doesn’t like to look at cute animals? No one, that’s who. I don’t want to know anyone that doesn’t like looking at cute animals or thinks it’s “lame”. BYE FELICIA!

About three or four weeks ago I started loosely meal planning to help me make my grocery lists more efficient and it’s honestly helped so much. I use the exact same method as Liv B does in her 3 Easy Vegan Recipes + Meal Plan DIY video. I don’t know why I haven’t been making my grocery lists this way forever, it’s so much more efficient and in the end, you save money because you don’t buy things you don’t need. I only meal plan for Monday through Friday and that way if I eat out a couple nights, or do something else, I don’t overbuy for the week.

Tea Tree Oil
Betch ohmygod. If you aren’t using tea tree oil then what are you doing? I am all for using holistic remedies versus over the counter medicine, especially when it comes to skincare. Tea tree oil is perf for pimples, just dab a little on before bed and wake up the next morning with it gone!
