If you know me personally, you know I am VERY ANNOYING about my night routine, or any routine for that matter. I think it’s because I’m a cancer moon, or if you’re weird and don’t “believe in astrology”, it’s because I am sensitive and appreciate some damn peace and quiet.
The absolute second I get home, I go straight to my room and either change into my swimsuit or sweatpants (depending on the season obvs). In the summer, I basically live outside by the pool, drinking La Croix, and blasting music. Below is the playlist I have been listening to lately. I’ve been told I have a talent for making bangin’ playlists.
When my pool is not open, I am normally
crying because my pool is not open on the couch watching Queer Eye and eating Roasted Pine Nut Hummus with Mary’s Gone Crackers: Original Flavor. Seasons 3 and 4 are obviously my favorite because the boys are in my hometown KANSAS CITY! Sidenote: I did not ONCE see them while they were here shooting and my little heart just couldn’t take it so I bought my mom and myself tickets to see Antoni on his book tour in September!

After a whole box of tissues, a lot of yelling “YAS QUEEN”, and one gay Jesus later, it’s time for dinner! I love to cook, but during the week I am #LazyAF and mostly make pasta or a veggie burger with some greens. Lazy girl tip #243: double the recipe for whateves your making. Now, you have lunch for tomorrow! I literally do this every time I cook so I don’t have to worry about food for the next day.
After dinner, it’s time for a shower or bath. I normally take a shower because when I take a bath I like it to be ~special~. Pretty much everything has changed since my last update over a year ago, so I def think it’s time for a new one!
Now that I’m all clean and relaxed, I jump into bed with my cozy pajamas and a facemask on. This is my me time. I turn on my playlist, goodnight moon, and either go on Pinterest or Youtube. I am horrible about being on my phone until the last possible second, but I’m trying to be better! If you have any tips on how to get off of your phone before bed, let me know in the comments below!
I normally get up at least twice to either use the bathroom and brush my teeth before I actually sleep. When it’s ACTUALLY time to sleep, I have my Google Home turn on a thunderstorm playlist, spray lavender mist all over my pillows, and slap on THIS lip mask.
