If you know me, you know I really hate taking any medication, even Ibuprofen. I try to be as natural and holistic as possible with what I put in and on my body, but sometimes I do give in to western medicine, even though I do not want to. Cut Out Caffeine
This might be a hard one for some of you but I promise it’s really worth it. For some of us, myself included, caffeine can really affect anxiety levels. After I cut out caffeine, I noticed that I wasn’t as jittery as I normally was and my anxiety was a little better. Every once in a while, I still drink matcha lattes or have something with a little caffeine, but I prefer to stay away from it for the most part. I realized that for me a coffee or something with a lot of caffeine in it isn’t worth it to me in the long run because it makes me more anxious.
Whatever you use to manage anxiety, make sure it’s whats best for you, and don’t feel bad about it. If you feel like taking medication prescribed by a doctor is what you need, then do it! If you feel like CBD oil could work for you, then go for it girl! Anxiety is a tricky thing and can be so debilitating sometimes, just take care of yourself and do what’s best for you!
