I recently did the potato cleanse (kinda) for a week! You can read about it here. I also have a cheese recipe for my mac and cheese that’s not fat-free but IS oil free, you can see that one here. This post is a quickie because I just wanted to get it out for you guys! Hope you enjoy!
3-4 small golden potatoes (about 1 cup chopped)
1/2 cup of chopped carrots
1 whole small yellow/white onion
1 Tbsp of vegetable bouillon
1/2 lemons worth juice
1/2 c of water from boil
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of salt and pepper
- Chop potatoes, carrots, and onion into cubes. Add bouillion and water to a pot along with the veggies and oil for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Remove veggies from the pot, but SAVE THE BROTH!!!
- Put veggies and rest of ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
